2. Provide the required documentation for your broker to review
3. Broker to submit your application for lender approval
4. Broker receives conditional approval for your review/signature
5. If required an appraisal to confirm property value will be ordered by your broker
6. Provide signed minutes of settlement
7. Broker completes file & sends to your (real estate) lawyer to prepare for funding
8. You meet with your real estate lawyer for signing and funding
